If your pet urn is defective
or you are dissatisfied with your cremation urn for any reason, simply
ship it back to us with your order confirmation email and receipt. We will then either replace the pet urn or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee and freight.

Shipping is done at the following rates; 0-49.99 = $8.00, 50-74.99 = $12.00, 75-99.99=$18.0, 100-109.99=$20.00 >110 is $0
Can I place an online order if I do not live in the United States?
At this time, we can only accept online orders from within the United
States. Please email us at info@peturnsunlimited.com to place an order from outside of the United States.
Warranty
You
will be satisfied with the quality built into each
pet cremation urn. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our pet or cremation urn you can return the urn within
15 days for a complete refund, less freight, and a 20% restocking fee.
